PITCH v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA On Feb. 11, 2019, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit ruled 2 to 1 to uphold the District Court’s order. The Government may still appeal this decision.

PITCH v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA On June 4, 2019, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit decided to re-hear the case of Pitch v. United States en banc (before the 12-judge panel) later this year.

PITCH v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA On Oct. 22, 2019, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals re-heard oral arguments from the government and attorney Joseph J. Bell regarding release of the 1946 Moore's Ford transcripts. A decision is expected by mid- 2020.
